How to choose your best packing way ?

> 1. Unit colour box + outer carton packing.

This will be the most regular packing for most of our products, especially the spin mop sets, and microfiber flat mops. Usually one set of product will be packed into one colour printed box, the box will be in nice looking and can be printed with your own brand informations (Customized colour box packing MOQ usually starts from 1000pcs).

● Both retailing and wholesaling.

● Shopping center/mall.

● Home furnishing mall.

● Stores/Gift stores.

> 2. Outer carton bulk packing with / without unassembled colour box.

In this way of packing, the products will not be assembled, all the parts will be bulk packed into one outer carton, each outer carton may contain 10-20 sets. For example, the RF02 flat mop and bucket set, the bucket will be stacked and other parts put into same carton. When the cartons are shipped to you, you will unbox the carton and do the manual assembling work, usually the assembling works are simple and do not need special tools, usually only hands. We will provide instruction videos for you.

If colour box is needed, the colour boxes will also be folded up and unassembled, like 20pcs/bundle.

In this packing method, it saves a lots of shipping space and hence save shipping freight cost and warehouse cost.

> 3. Unit mail order box packing.

In this packing way, 1 pc of cleaning mop will be put into 1 5 ply mail order box. Customer usually will not add a outer carton, because the 5 ply mail order box are sturdy enough. The mail order box can be printed with your shipping marks usually in black. The biggest advantage of this packing is that it can make every pc of product by a unit package and very suitable for express transportation. You don’t need to repack the product, you can send the unit pack out to your terminal/end customers.
